Palate

Silky and persistent mouthfeel, balanced acidity and rounded tannins, with long aftertaste.

Food pairing: Ideal combination with barbecued meat, pasta with red sauce, spicy sausages and cheese. Best served at 14C and if required during summertime, keep in fridge before serving.
